DILL SAUCE 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. minced fresh dill
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve cold.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
