VEAL BONGO 
2 lb. cubed veal
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. pepper
6-8 carrots
1 lb. or 2 c. mushrooms
18 oz. tomato juice
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour/cornstarch

Brown veal, onion, cloves, and pepper; bake in covered dish 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut carrots and mushrooms and set aside. Combine tomato juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, water, and flour/cornstarch; pour over meat and vegetables. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
