EVERYDAY COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut (or if omitted, increase oats to 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. Rice Krispies

Cream butter, sugars and oil. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour mixed with cream of tartar, soda and salt. Add vanilla, oats, coconut and nuts. Fold in Rice Krispies. Drop by spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
