MARINATED CARROTS 
5 c. carrots
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. herb vinegar (mixed - dill, garlic chives, basil, chives, oregano)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Slice carrots crosswise, then boil until tender. Add all ingredients. Let stand at least 12 hours. Will keep at least 4-5 weeks. Very good.
