STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 pt. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter
1 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
1 pt. half and half

In saucepan heat strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and the 1 cup water. Mix the cornstarch with the tablespoon water. Add to hot strawberry mixture and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Put mixture in blender and blend until all strawberries are fine. Heat half and half but do not boil. Mix strawberry mixture and half and half. Serve chilled. Makes 8 servings.
