CRAB SALAD 
1 loaf white bread, butter lightly, cut off crust and cut into small cubes
1/2 c. celery, diced small
1/2 c. diced onions
6 hard boiled eggs

Mix together and refrigerate for 24 hours. Add:

2 cans crab or (1 c. chopped frozen imitation crab)
2 cans small shrimp
2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Mix together 2 hours before serving and store in refrigerator. This makes a large batch and can be frozen.
