GARBANZO DIP 
2 (10 oz.) cans garbanzo beans
Juice of 1 can garbanzo beans
1 med. lemon
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 heaping tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
2 tbsp. olive oil
Parsley (for garnish)

Blend all of the above ingredients, EXCEPT parsley, in blender on high speed. Pour into flat pan (quiche works well) and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with thin Arabic bread or sliced pita bread.
