CREAM PUFFS WITH CHOCOLATE 
4 oz. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Pinch of salt

In a heavy saucepan combine 1 cup water, powdered sugar, salt and butter, bring to a boil. Remove pan from water and add flour all at once. Stir well until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and stir vigorously with wooden spoon until mixture does not stick to pan or spoon.

Drop by spoonful onto greased cooking sheet, leaving space between so puffs do not touch.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until light brown and puffs do not dent when touched lightly with finger.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1 c. chopped chocolate (or chocolate chips)
1 1/4 oz. butter

Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat in a heavy pan.
