CREME PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Combine butter, water and salt in saucepan over medium heat. When boiling, add flour all at once. Stir hard and cook until mixture forms a ball. Turn into cool mixing bowl and beat in eggs, one at a time. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and will break off the spoon when lifted.

Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 9 large or 12 medium puff shells.

VANILLA CREAM FILLING:

2 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. topping mix

Combine pudding mix and milk in saucepan over medium heat and cook and stir until it comes to a full boil. Chill thoroughly. Mix topping mix according to directions on package and combine with pudding mix. When puff shells are cool, fill with chilled vanilla cream pudding.
