TIRAMI - SU 
5 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. marscapone cheese
1 c. heavy cream
6 to 9 double lady fingers
3/4 c. espresso coffee, cooled
1/4 c. cocoa powder

Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and lemon colored. Add cheese and beat until thoroughly mixed. Whip heavy cream and fold into above mixture. Dip lady fingers in cool espresso coffee and arrange in pie dish. Top with cheese cream mixture and smooth. Dust with cocoa and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Lady fingers and mascarpone cheese may be found in Italian Salumerias or Pork Stores.
