PIZZA ROLL - UP 
1 pkg. pizza mix
1/2 c. each of finely chopped salami, pepperoni, bologna
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Prepare pizza dough mix according to package directions. Roll out to 8 x 18 inch rectangle on waxed paper. Mix meats and cheeses in bowl. Spread over dough. Roll as for jelly roll from long side. Cut into twelve 1 1/2 inch rolls. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Prepare pizza sauce using package directions, heat in saucepan. Serve with roll-ups. Yield: 1 dozen.
