CHICKEN OR TURKEY ROLLS 
3/16 inch thick slices turkey breast, deli style
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can milk
3 tbsp. butter
6 slices white American cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated or chopped

Cook and drain broccoli, mix together soups, milk, butter over medium flame. Add cheeses and continue stirring until cheeses melt.

Roll turkey slices around several pieces of broccoli; pour cheese sauce over turkey rolls. Heat in 375 degree oven until heated through, 45 minutes. Cover with foil before heating. Serve over buttered noodles or rice. Make 1 roll for each serving.
