The master based this easy snack maneuver on moves he learned in a Tokyo Sushi restaurant. Put 1 (10") flour tortilla flat on the counter. Spread it with 1 tablespoon mild taco sauce or barbecue sauce. Cut 1 slice low-fat cooked turkey breast into 1/2" wide strips and put in a line down the middle of the tortilla. Cut 1 large piece of lettuce into thin strips and add to the turkey. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon pre-grated part-skim mozzarella cheese.
Roll the tortilla up around the filling and put on a plate that's safe for the microwave (a paper plate is good). Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100% power) 1 minute or until the tortilla is warm and the cheese melts. Makes one roll-up.
