CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. wide noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. dry bread or corn flake crumbs
1/8 c. minced onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 c. hot chicken soup
Chicken fat

Alternate layers of noodles and chicken in greased casserole. Sprinkle each layer with crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Pour soup over top. Dot with fat; top with crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
