PEAS CELERY ONION CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) each frozen peas (cooked)
1/2 c. chopped celery (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped onion (uncooked)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first 5 ingredients in baking dish and spread on top:

1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (crumbs)
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix stuffing (herb seasoned) with butter (can add more butter if desired). Can add more crumbs if there is too much liquid from melted butter.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Serves 8.
