4 c. cooked beets, ground
4 c. shredded cabbage
3/4 - 1 c. horseradish
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all together with enough vinegar to moisten. Store in refrigerator. Real good served with pork.
