AUNT ORA'S CHILI RELLENOS 
15 or 16 oz. canned whole green chilies (split & seeded)
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Jack cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can milk
4 eggs

Place half of chilies in bottom of 12 inch pan. Top with half cheese, repeat layers again with remaining chili and cheese. Beat flour, salt and small amount of milk to make a paste. Beat in remaining milk, then eggs. Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. If you like tomato sauce, pour over top and bake 20-30 minutes or until browned.
