BACON CHEESE DIP (MICROWAVE) 
4 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 garlic clove, halved
3 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In medium bowl, cook bacon on high 3 to 4 minutes until crisp. Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside.

Into drippings in bowl, stir flour; add milk and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook on high 3 to 4 minutes until thickened, stirring once. Discard garlic. Stir in cheese. Cook on medium (50% power) 4 to 6 minutes until smooth, stirring once. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire, and reserved bacon. Mixture will thicken as it stands.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve in a hollowed-out round loaf, using center for dippers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
