MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 box of Kraft macaroni and cheese with cheddar cheese
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 stick butter
1 pkg. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. longhorn cheese

Bring to boil 4 cups water; add macaroni and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook until done. Drain and rinse. Grate cheese. In casserole dish, blend egg, milk, cheddar cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Add 1/2 of grated cheese and add macaroni and blend. Add remaining cheese, put into oven and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Will serve 4-5 people.
