SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. buttermilk
6 or more c. self-rising flour

Combine yeast and warm water. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. There is no need to let the dough rise. Place dough on a greased pan and bake at 400°F until biscuits are browned. Do not preheat the oven. The oven should be cold when you put the bread in to bake. The dough will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
