CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. fresh cranberries, ground
2 tart cooking apples, peeled, cored and ground
1 orange, unpeeled, seeded, ground
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2-3 drops red food coloring

Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until blended. Chill. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Yield 1 quart.
