EASY PASTA (MESCOLANZA) 
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 c. onion, chopped fine
3 c. sliced zucchini
1 (32 oz.) Golden Grain Marinara Sauce with mushrooms
1 can sliced olives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. ground beef
4 skinless pork sausages
Grated Parmesan cheese

Saute meat and sausage (break up into small pieces) in a little olive oil. Add garlic and onion and continue to saute. (Don't over cook.) Add zucchini, Marinara sauce, olives and seasoning. Cook slowly for about 1 hour, stirring often. Serve over pasta of your choice and add Parmesan cheese.
