U.S. 31 BARBECUE SAUCE 
5 lb. cabbage
1 lb. onions
2 c. catsup
1 c. mustard
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 small jar pimento
1 jar horseradish
5 lb. meat
garlic

Cook slow for several hours, then add shredded meat and reheat. (I make one-half of all amounts.)
