PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin pie filling
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs, pumpkin and oil. Bake in 13 x 9 greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (1 can of pumpkin is a little more than 2 cups).

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. milk

Cream the cream cheese and butter slowly add powdered sugar and milk. Continue of beating until fluffy add vanilla and spread on cooled cake.
