BULLGOKI 
3 lbs. sirloin tip roast, sliced as thin as possible
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
Hot pepper
2/3 c. soy sauce (Kikkoman only)
Garlic salt
1 bunch green onions (use tops), cut in 1-inch diagonal pieces

Place meat in large bowl. Add sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic salt, hot pepper, and green onions. Work ingredients into each piece of meat. Marinate for 24 hours. Cook over charcoal and serve immediately. Serve with white rice.
