HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
4 egg whites
1 c. salad oil
8 oz. crushed pineapple, own juice
2 c. bananas, cut up
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (do not beat)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

TOPPING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix together flours, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix in eggs, egg whites, oil, pineapple, bananas. Add (do not beat) vanilla and then walnuts. Bake in sheet pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Beat icing ingredients. Ice when cool.
