JEZABEL SAUCE 
1 3/4 c. sweet orange marmalade
1 3/4 c. pineapple preserves
1/4 c. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 - 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

In bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve on crackers with cream cheese.

To use as gifts, spoon into 4 8-ounce decorative jars with tight fitting lids. Store in refrigerator up to 2 months.
