NANA'S SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. pork sausage links
1 onion, sliced in julienne strips
1 green pepper, sliced in julienne strips
6 lg. potatoes, sliced very thin
Salt and pepper
3 c. milk
Flour

Par-cook sausages in skillet with 1 cup water. Save liquid. Bring liquid to a simmer and add flour to make a paste. Add milk, slowly - to make a thin white sauce, add salt and pepper to taste.

In a large casserole layer potato slices, peppers, onions and sausages. Alternate, using all ingredients. Pour white sauce mixture over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
