ENCHILADAS SUIZAS 
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped (cook until onion is tender)
1 clove garlic, minced

Add and simmer for 10 minutes: 2 cans green chiles, chopped 2 c. diced cooked chicken Salt and pepper 1 dozen corn tortillas 6 chicken bouillon cubes 3 c. whipping cream 1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese

Warm cream and add bouillon. Soften tortillas in hot oil in skillet. Dip in cream mixture and add large spoonful of chicken mixture and roll. Place in greased baking pan. Pour remaining cream over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Do not over cook.
