FOUR CHEESE LASAGNA 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg (beaten)
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
6 to 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles; drain. Brown ground beef. Prepare spaghetti sauce mix according to package directions using tomato paste. Add meat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Combine egg, cottage cheese and salt. Mix well.

In greased (10x6) pan, alternate layers of 1/3rd each of the noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat layers, 2 more times. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6 generously.
