COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, scraped & grated
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. light cream or milk
Salt & white pepper to taste

Combine cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise and milk, then salt and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate, covered for an hour or more before serving.
