CHILI CASSEROLE 
7 oz. candied green chilis
4 - 5 eggs, whipped
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. cheese, sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack, shredded
3/4 c. sour cream

Beat eggs, add flour, baking powder, milk, cheese, green chilies and sour cream. Pour into regular size cake pan and bake at 350 degrees approximately 40 minutes or until center is cooked through. I serve this as a side dish with all kinds of meals from Mexican food to cook - out barbecues. A favorite of family and friends. Just throw in a little of this and that; it's worth the risk because it really is tasty!
