HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
8 lg. chicken breasts halves (cooked and cut up)
4 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
4 tsp. grated onion
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 lg. cans mushrooms, drained and cut up
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix cooked chicken and all ingredients except potato chips together. Put into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with crushed potato chips and bake in 450 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve from the dish, spread on small slices of bread or scoop up with toasted pita chips.
