BUTTERMILK SALAD 
2 c. orange juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
4 oz. Cool Whip

Heat orange juice to boiling. Mix well orange and apricot Jell-O. Add buttermilk. Chill until consistency of beaten eggs. Add Cool Whip. Pour into container. May sprinkle with nuts or cherries, if desired.
