RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. rhubarb
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of soda

Put in pie dough. Add all of the above together and pour into pie dish. Sprinkle on crumb topping.

Crumb topping: Mix 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter until crumbly.

Cover the crust edges (3 strips) with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove covers and bake 30-35 more minutes. Let cool.
