CRANAPPLE CRISP | |
2 c. frozen cranberries 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. coarsely chopped, peeled, apples 1 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. butter Combine cranberries, apples and sugar. Pour into greased 8 inch baking pan. With a pastry blender, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, butter and salt until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 6. |
