RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb cut in 1-inch pieces
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 box white cake mix

Put cut up rhubarb in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and Jello. Cover with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over ingredients in pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour (325 degrees in glass pan). Let cool at least 5 minutes. Turn out on platter to serve.
