CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries, ground
1 (#2 1/2) c. crushed pineapple
Rind & pulp of 1 sm. orange
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. pecans
2 pkgs. cherry Jello
1 scant c. of sugar

Soak berries in sugar and add pineapple, orange, celery and nuts. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of water and pour over berries. Pour mixture into mold and chill. (Good and colorful for Christmas.)
