BLUEGRASS CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. dried beef
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Put dried beef in bottom of baking dish. Secure cheese slices around chicken with toothpicks and place breasts on top of beef. Combine soup and sour cream and cover chicken with mixture. Dust with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
