1 box Crispix
1 stick butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt butter, chips, peanut butter together in largest pan you have. Add Crispix and turn to coat. Place 2 cups confectioners' sugar in clean plastic bag. Add Crispix and shake to coat. Store in refrigerator.
