PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (#2) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Put pineapple in baking dish. Mix flour and sugar; sprinkle over pineapple. Top with cheese, then crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
