1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
15 oz. applesauce
1 box carrot or spice cake mix
1 c. raisins
Cream Cheese Frosting

Grease and flour 15x9 jelly roll pan or 2 (8x8) pans. Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Spread in pan. Bake 25-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Spread on cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.
