GRAM'S POTATO SALAD | |
7 red potatoes 4 ribs celery 5 green onions 1 large Claussen pickle 3 tbsp. pickle juice 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise salt and pepper Cook potatoes with skins on until soft. Chop all other ingredients and mix into mayonnaise. Peel and slice potatoes while still hot. Add to mayonnaise mixture and stir well. Add salt and pepper. Chill overnight. |
