HEALTHY TUNA SANDWICH | |
1 (12 oz.) can chunk light tuna (I use Chicken of the Sea) 2 tbsp. fat-free dairy sour cream (instead of mayonnaise) 1 tbsp. prepared mustard (Spicy or Stadium) 1/3 cup roasted dry sunflower seeds sliced bread (your choice) Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Spread onto your favorite bread. I use 2 pieces of wheat, toasted with a little fat-free butter spray on each side. Yum! Submitted by: Megan Gilbert |
