HOLLANDAISE SAUCE | |
3/4 c. butter 3 egg yolks 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of white pepper 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard Melt butter in small saucepan. Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mustard in blender at low speed. Then continue to blend at high speed until thick. Serve immediately. Makes 1 cup. |
