WELSH RAREBIT 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Ginger Ale or beer
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Melt butter, seasonings and cheese in a double boiler until cheese is soft. Add Ginger Ale and slowly add eggs. Cook until thick. Serve very hot on toast points. Serves 6.
