3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat 1 minute. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Ice with Baker's Icing.
