OVEN BARBEQUED CHICKEN 
3-3 1/2 lb. fryer cut up OR
8-10 pieces of chicken

Brown the chicken in 2-3 tablespoons butter and set aside. In same frying pan saute together for about 5 minutes: 1/2 c. celery, chopped

Then add: 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 c. Heinz (only) catsup 5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. mustard 1/2 c. water

Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. Pour over browned chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove cover and bake additional 20-30 minutes until sauce is thick and chicken is tender.
