LEMON REFRIGERATOR CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon pudding mix
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. lady fingers or sponge layer

Prepare contents of package as for pie filling using 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups water and 2 slightly beaten egg yolks. Cool slightly. Whip heavy cream. Fold into lemon mixture. Put between and on top of lady fingers or sponge layers. Refrigerate.
