1 pkg. regular corn bread mix
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, cut up
1 can cream corn

Prepare both packages of corn bread as directed on package adding the can of cream corn. Brown hamburger with onion. Pour half of corn bread mix into greased 11 x 9 pan. Top with browned beef, then grated cheese, then the last half of the corn bread mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes until done in the middle.
